workshops

OCEMO seeks to distribute the work of all its members and share their experience. In order to boost projects as best as possible, OCEMO helps its partners and plans to organise 3 or 4 workshops in 2014 and several in 2015 to focus on all current issues.

Overall presentation

These workshops focus on the work of one or more stakeholders, or on cross-disciplinary topics, reporting or repeating lectures and/or seminars given in other venues.

This may involve a round-table meeting, workshop or other event. OCEMO can offer one or more venues, depending on the event format desired (e.g. Villa Méditerranée and Villa Valmer), and takes care of all event organisation. OCEMO can support its members in this, with logistics organisation, events communication, particularly with the media, and invitation management and monitoring, thanks to its network. It is also useful for OCEMO to be able to suggest ideas for the event programme. During a workshop, it can introduce several of its members to each other and create synergies between members or their projects.

During a workshop, it can introduce several of its members to each other and create synergies between members or their projects.

  • share news and promote the work of OCEMO members;
  • create a space for sharing and a collaborative working environment;
  • create synergies between members;
  • give partners an edge in terms of contacts and communication, particularly with regard to media presence;
